2016 Community Report
In 2016, more than 6,000 community members demonstrated what Millard Fuller, co-founder of Habitat for Humanity professed – “the love and concern for community.” With generous support, Greater Indy Habitat provided 85 households the dignity of homeownership or home preservation in 2016. It was the most housing solutions we have ever provided in a single year during our 29-year history. Highlights included 44 owner-occupied repairs, 14 homeowners who paid off their mortgage, and expanded community partnerships.

2015 Community Report
In 2015, Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity provided the life-changing opportunity for individuals and families to purchase and own safe, decent and affordable housing for its 28th year. We were in perpetual motion with several new initiatives that helped advance the mission and promote that no one lives in dignity until everyone can live in dignity. We extend a heartfelt thank you to the hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals who supported our work. Through their efforts more than 31 families were able to purchase a new or renovated home, or have their house repaired/preserved to allow them to stay in their home.

2014 Community Report
At the start of 2014 we began our 27th year of providing homeownership as a means to breaking the cycle of poverty housing in greater Indianapolis. With the help of partners and the community, we hit a big milestone at the end the year, provided 29 new or rehabbed homes to deserving families, opened our second ReStore, completed our first women-funded and women-built home, helped uplift two blocks in the Near North neighborhood, and celebrated the 20,000th home provided by our partner affiliate in El Salvador.
