The purpose of our Home Repair Program is to foster and maintain affordable, decent, and safe housing in our community.

In collaboration with local partners, Habitat for Humanity provides owner-occupied repairs for households with incomes under 80% annual median income (AMI) and 62+ years-old. With an aging population and aging housing stock in our region, there are many seniors and Veterans on fixed incomes who need repairs completed so that they can age in their home. In 2024, Habitat provided 48 home repairs in our service area.
