Home Repair Technician – Full Time

Position Overview: The Home Repair Technician will assist in the Home Repair Program by conducting home repairs, by leading volunteers, and by assisting the Senior Superintendent in site visits, in preparing project specifications, and in interacting with homeowners. Habitat home repair involves light and critical repairs, both interior and exterior of existing, owner-occupied homes of low-moderate income households in our service area. Strong communication skills, ability to work with and direct volunteers, adaptability to a dynamic schedule and changing priorities are necessary skills for this position.

Visual Communications Coordinator – Full Time

Position Overview: The Visual Communications Coordinator will be responsible for the design and production of marketing collateral and publications for the affiliate and ReStore. Working with the marketing and development team, the Visual Communications Coordinator will seek to enhance name recognition and public perception through quality designs, consistent branding, and engaging content. Excellent graphic design and communication skills, ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines are necessary skills for this position.

Community Outreach Coordinator – Full Time

Position Overview: The Community Outreach Coordinator will engage communities where Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity is providing homeownership and/or owner-occupied repair opportunities. The position will communicate the opportunities, recruit applicants, and support the homebuyers and homeowners throughout the application process. The process includes but is not limited to: cultivating, coaching, and communicating the application details. The Community Outreach Coordinator will cultivate and maintain strong neighborhood relationships with key stakeholders, such as neighborhood associations and other community-based organizations, or partners working on behalf of neighborhood revitalization efforts.
