• Opening Ceremony – Friday, July 30 at 11:00 a.m.
• Closing Ceremony  – Friday, August 20 at 11:00 a.m.

Volunteers

This year we will build one home at the Indiana State Fair. Each day of the build will have two volunteer shifts. Each volunteer will receive a ticket for entry into the fair and a volunteer t-shirt (picked up onsite).

• Build Calendar
  • Morning Shift: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • Afternoon Shift: 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Upon successful registration of a volunteer shift, each individual will receive the below confirmation email which will include the listed information.

Marketing

Logo Request: This year we are asking all of our Ag Build Partners to provide an updated logo to ensure we have what we need to recognize your company appropriately during this year’s event.

• Please contact your marketing team to provide two ai or eps logos: FULL COLOR and ONE COLOR.

Sponsor confirms or sends updated logo
Sponsor provides volunteer date choice

June 23
Habitat confirms volunteer shifts
Habitat sends custom volunteer registration link & sponsors begin asking volunteers to register

July 12
Volunteer registration deadline:
all volunteers to finalize registration via custom registration link

July 20
Habitat sends tickets via certified mail

July 30
Opening Ceremony
First Day of State Fair

August 20
Closing Ceremony and Brunch Reception

August 20-22
Habitat Homes Open for Tours (weather pending)
