Hope Landing

16 Home Development Coming Soon in Avon

Coming soon in Avon!

Hope Landing will be a first-time buyer neighborhood in Avon born out of a partnership between Avon Christian Church and Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity. The future 16-home community is nestled conveniently near the corner of South Avon Ave (County Road 700E) and E. County Road 100S, between Hickory Elementary School and Avon Christian Church. The development will feature single and two-story homes with three and four bedrooms with an attached garage. This HOA managed community will be priced affordably for first-time buyers in Hendricks County.

Construction is planned to start at the end of 2025.

Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity has provided affordable homeownership for 37 years, providing more than 840 homes, including 45 in Hendricks County.
We look forward to working with future buyers to provide the stability and strength that homeownership can provide.
