Sustainers – monthly gift ($20 min)

Consistent support from recurring donors enables our team to plan ahead and partner with more local families to become first-time homeowners. By supporting Habitat’s work with a monthly gift, you help provide a reliable stream of support to improve the lives of families in our community.

Sustainers are individuals who enroll in automatic monthly payments from a credit card ($20 per month minimum). This level of support can provide an interior door for a home so that children can study in the quite of their own room.

Legacy Builders – a planned gift

 Legacy Builders have notified Habitat of a philanthropic gift from your will, living trust, retirement plan, or other estate assets. Planned gifts enable our affiliate to develop bold strategies for the future and take advantage of opportunities to make the greatest impact.

Foundation Builders: $500-999

Donors join the Foundation Builders with an annual gift of $500-999. Your gift at this level provides a water heater for a home, so children can play in a warm bubble bath.

Apprentice Builders: $1,000-4,999

Donors join the Apprentice Builders with an annual gift of $1,000-4,999. Your gift at this level provides cabinets for a home, for after-school snacks and dinner dishes.

Master Builders: $5,000-9,999

Donors join the Master Builders with an annual gift of $5,000-9,999. Your gift at this level will provide an insulated roof and walls for a home, one that a family can create new memories under.

Hope Builders: $10,000-49,999

Donors join the Hope Builders with an annual gift of $10,000-49,000. Your gift at this level helps Habitat prepare for a build with financial literacy courses for homebuyers and land acquisition for home builds.

Dream Builders: $50,000+

Donors join the Dream Builders with an annual gift of $50,000 or more. Your gift at this level is transformational in helping local families achieve their dream of homeownership.
