As we wrap up an incredible year, we’re filled with gratitude for the milestones and accomplishments we’ve achieved together. Every step of the way, our board of directors, staff, volunteers, and corporate partners stood united in living out our mission: providing affordable homeownership opportunities to everyday working households in Central Indiana.
This work is only possible because of the collaborations we share. We’re proud to have joined the lives of first-time homebuyers, helping make their dreams of homeownership a reality.

Inaugural Home is the Key Event
In partnership with the Indianapolis Business Journal, we hosted a breakfast event highlighting affordable housing solutions with guest speaker, Shane Phillips.
900 Homes
We reached our 900th home build across five counties in Central Indiana since are founding in 1987.
Devon Creek Groundbreaking
We broke ground on our first full-scale subdivision, 10-home development in Marion County in 25 years – Devon Creek.
4 Homes & $500,000+ through Women Build
Building four, building more, our #IndyWomenBuild surpassed their goals and raised over $530,000 for four women-led households.
Global Village Relaunched with El Salvador
12 volunteers traveled to our tithing partner affiliate, El Salvador to build together again for the first time since COVID-19.
