Who We Are & What We Do
Greater Indy Habitat Young Professionals is a community of emerging leaders who come together to build homes, make connections, and support affordable housing in Greater Indianapolis. Through hands-on volunteer days, social events, and learning opportunities, members make a real impact while meeting like-minded peers.
The GIHYP mission is to build a community of emerging leaders who find purpose through service, connection, and philanthropy to advance affordable housing.

The group holds monthly social & networking events with opportunities to find your new favorite place in Indy and meet like-minded individuals in the community.
Advocate
YPs participate in educational and advocacy events throughout the year, including Habitat Indiana’s annual Lobby Day at the statehouse.
Fundraise
Putts & Pints is our annual June fundraiser, where Fountain Square breweries and restaurants each host a putt-putt golf hole. Teams make their way through each stop, playing mini-golf and supporting Habitat. Stay tuned for details for this year’s event!
