“I support Habitat not only for several reasons: The mission to help end substandard housing is a great cause. I like the fact that due to the money raised in the ReStores, a high percentage of donated money goes directly into the houses instead of business overhead. Many nonprofits use a high percentage of donations just to run the business, and not much goes to the cause. I also admire the dedication of the employees. The employees are so dedicated to the Habitat mission. It is not just a paycheck for them, but the pursuit of a cause that they just happen to get paid for. I also really enjoy the camaraderie and selflessness of the Tiger Team. What a great group of hard working volunteers.”
